Support

Help for WFMPro customers.

If your organisation uses WFMPro, you have a support portal and a support address. Here's how to reach us, and what happens once you do.

Two ways in

Raise a ticket however suits you.

Both arrive in the same place and are worked by the same team. The portal gives you more; email is quicker.

  • Portal

    The support portal

Raise a ticket, track its status, read our replies, and see what colleagues at your organisation have reported. Choosing the right form helps us route it — an outage reaches us as urgent.

  • Email

    support@nureltech.com

Email us from the address your account was set up with. It creates a ticket automatically, and you'll get a confirmation with its reference. Replies thread back onto the same ticket.

Who can use it

Registered customers only.

The portal is restricted to people we've registered, so your tickets and your colleagues' stay private to your organisation.

  • Registered

Your email address is on the account

Sign in with the address your organisation's account was set up with. Colleagues at the same organisation can see each other's tickets, which saves duplicate reports.

    Need to be added?

Ask your Nurel account manager to register your address, or email info@nureltech.com. Mail sent to the support address from an unregistered account can't be processed.

What happens next

Every ticket gets a severity and a target.

We classify requests by urgency and business impact, and work to published response targets. The detail — severity definitions, response and update targets, support hours and escalation contacts — is in our Support Policy.

Our Support Policy and Service Level Agreement are provided to customers as part of their subscription agreement. Ask your Nurel contact, or email support@nureltech.com, for a copy.
