Phase 1 · in build

The CRM that fills itself in.

Sales, service and every customer conversation on one platform — with AI that works inside your permissions, not around them.

We're building this now and talking to design partners. Nothing on this page is generally available yet; each capability below says which phase it lands in.

The copilot calls the platform as you — it cannot read a record or a field you cannot.

The problem

Most companies still run customer relationships on software designed 15–25 years ago.

AI has been bolted onto old data models and old screens. The result is a stack that costs more to implement than to licence.

  • Time to value

    Implementations outlast the budget

Setting up an old CRM takes months and costs more than the licences — before anyone has used it.

  • Data entry

Reps type up their own work

Hours a week spent logging meetings, calls and emails that the system already had access to.

  • Stitching

    Three versions of the customer

“Omnichannel service” usually means a CRM, a contact-centre platform and a workforce tool reconciled by hand.

What we do about it

One platform, one permission model.

The customer record, the conversations across every channel, the automation, the reporting and the AI — under a single permission model. You model your own business in metadata: objects, fields, layouts and rules, with no code.

  • AI-native

    Not AI-added

Activity capture without typing, a conversational interface as a primary way to use the product, agents that act with an audit trail, and AI-generated configuration — describe your business, review what it proposes, apply it.

  • Omnichannel

    Channels and routing built in

Voice, web chat, WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo, Messenger, email, SMS and social through one interaction model and one routing engine — including the messaging apps that matter in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, with Arabic-first right-to-left support.

  • Governance

    Enterprise controls, self-serve setup

Sandboxes, deployment previews with rollback, audit trails, data residency, SSO and SCIM — configured by your admins, not a six-month project.

  • One family

    Workforce management alongside it

A WFMPro connector for contact-centre customers — forecasting, scheduling and adherence fed by the same interaction events. An add-on, never a dependency.

Who it's for

Mid-market speed. Enterprise architecture.

  • 50–1,000 employees

    Mid-market

Self-serve setup and guided migration from Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot — built so a team is productive in under a week.

  • 1,000+ employees

    Large enterprise

Governance, security-review answers, data residency, dedicated cells, SSO and SCIM, ERP integration — enterprise-grade architecture from day one.

  • US · EU · Middle East · SEA

    Regional by design

Tenant data stays in the tenant's home region. Go-to-market starts with the Middle East and Southeast Asia, then the US and EU.

Capabilities

Everything a customer relationship touches.

Nine capability areas, one platform — explore each one. Anything not shipping in Phase 1 says so.

Platform & customization

Model your business. Not someone else's.

Objects, fields, layouts and rules — configured, not coded.

  • Objects

    Custom objects, standard rules

Create an object with its own fields, layout, permissions and icon. Standard objects are defined in exactly the same metadata, so a custom object behaves like a native one everywhere — list views, search, reports, API, AI.

  • Fields

    18 field types, real constraints

Text, currency, percent, date-time, picklist, multi-select, lookup, master-detail, formula, roll-up summary, auto-number and more — with required, unique, external-ID, PII and history-tracked flags.

  • Layouts

    Drag-and-drop page layouts

Build the record page in sections with related lists, and assign it per profile and record type. Translate every label per language. Deleting a field is recoverable for 15 days and shows its dependencies first.

Sales & pipeline

From first touch to closed won — without the busywork.

Leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and the pipeline in one flow.

  • Capture

    Leads that don't duplicate

Duplicate detection on email, phone and company as leads arrive — from web-to-lead forms, import or the API. Merge duplicate leads, contacts and accounts choosing which value survives.

  • Convert

    One-click conversion

Turn a lead into an account, a contact and an opportunity in one step, mapping custom fields across. Account hierarchies, contact roles and related activities stay intact.

  • Close

    Pipeline as a board

Drag deals between stages on a kanban board or work them as a list. Sales processes — stages, probabilities, won/lost reasons — are configured per record type.

Activities & automatic capture

The CRM fills itself in.

Email, calendar and calls land on the record without anyone typing them up.

  • Sync

    Gmail and Microsoft 365

Connect a mailbox and calendar with OAuth. Emails and meetings with known contacts and leads are captured automatically — with per-user privacy exclusions by domain or label, because not every email belongs to the company.

  • Timeline

    One timeline per record

Tasks, meetings, emails, calls, notes and field changes in a single chronological view on every record — built to carry chat and voice interactions when those channels come online.

  • Follow-up

    Nothing falls through

Tasks with due dates and priorities, reminders, @mentions and real-time in-app notifications. Send email from the CRM using templates with merge fields; replies thread back onto the record.

Automation & workflow

The process runs itself, and shows its work.

Triggered and scheduled automation with a run history you can actually debug.

  • Triggers

    When a record changes

Build automations on create, update or delete with conditions — update fields, create records, send email or a notification, call a webhook. Schedule them relative to any date field.

  • Routing

    The right owner, automatically

Assignment rules send leads and records to a user or a queue by criteria or round robin. Approval processes add steps, approvers and actions where a human has to sign off.

  • Visibility

A run history, not a black box

Every run is listed with its outcome, its error if it failed, and a retry. Validation rules block bad data at the source with the message the admin wrote.

Omnichannel engagement

Every channel your customers use. One conversation.

Voice, chat, WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo, Messenger, email, SMS and social — normalized into one model.

Phase 2–3 · in build

  • Channels

The apps your region actually uses

WhatsApp, LINE and Zalo alongside voice, web chat, email, SMS and social — not as add-ons but as the same interaction model, so routing, reporting and AI never special-case a channel.

  • Routing

    Skills, capacity and presence

One routing engine for every channel: queues with business hours and overflow, skills with levels, per-channel capacity weights, and stickiness to the agent the customer spoke to last.

  • Console

    One screen for the agent

Concurrent conversations on the left, the conversation in the middle, the customer's account, cases and history on the right — with suggested replies, knowledge suggestions and an AI wrap-up summary at the end.

Service & support

The same customer, on the other side of the sale.

Cases, SLAs, knowledge and a portal — on the record the sales team already built.

Phase 2 · in build

  • Cases

    Cases with real SLAs

First response, next response and resolution clocks measured in the tenant's business hours, calendars and holidays — pausing while you wait on the customer. Entitlements decide which clock applies.

  • Knowledge

    Answers where they're needed

A knowledge base surfaced to agents inside the conversation and to customers in the portal, so the same answer is given once and reused.

  • Portal

    Customers help themselves

A branded portal where customers raise and track cases, read knowledge and pick up the thread from any channel they started on.

Marketing & journeys

Reach people on the channel they answer.

Segments, journeys and consent — built on the same records, not a copy of them.

Phase 3 · in build

  • Segments

    Built from live records

Segments are queries over the CRM itself — no export, no nightly sync, no second definition of “active customer” drifting away from the first.

  • Journeys

    Multi-step, multi-channel

Sequences that send email, WhatsApp template messages or SMS, wait for a response or a record change, branch on it, and create work for a human when a person needs to step in.

  • Consent

    Consent as a first-class field

Communication consent is tracked per contact and per channel and enforced at send time, with the regulatory reality of each region in mind.

Reporting & forecasting

Numbers people can defend.

Every report obeys the permissions of the person running it.

  • Reports

    Tabular, summary, matrix

Build reports on an object and its related objects with filters and grouping, chart them, schedule them by email, and export to CSV or XLSX — with the export audited.

  • Dashboards

    Assembled from those reports

Bar, line, pie, funnel, metric and table components on one dashboard, each drillable back to the report and the rows underneath it.

  • Forecast

    Commit and adjustment

Forecasts by period, owner and role hierarchy — the rep commits, the manager adjusts, and both numbers stay visible next to the raw pipeline.

Iris · AI throughout

An assistant that can only see what you can see.

It cites its sources, proposes instead of writing, and leaves an audit trail.

  • Ask

    A copilot on every page

Ask about the record in front of you or about your data generally — what happened with this account in the last 90 days, which deals slipped this quarter — and get an answer with the records it used linked underneath.

  • Act

    Proposals, not surprises

Drafted emails, suggested next steps, proposed field updates from a captured meeting — each shown as accept, edit or dismiss. Auto-apply is per action type, admin-enabled, labelled in the timeline and undoable. Deletes and bulk operations are never automatic.

  • Govern

    Under the same permission model

The AI calls the platform as you, so it can never read a record or a field you cannot. PII fields are redacted before a model sees them, restricted fields never leave, and a tenant's requests never route outside its region.

AcceptEditDismiss

The copilot calls the platform as you — it cannot read a record or a field you cannot.

Iris · how it's governed

Trust is the feature.

The copilot is useful because of the limits around it, not in spite of them.

  • Every AI action is logged with model, feature, inputs (redacted), output and outcome.
  • Customer data is never used to train models, with zero-retention settings at the provider.
  • Admins enable AI per profile and cap monthly usage.
  • Describe your business and AI proposes a starting configuration for you to review before it is applied.
  • If AI is unavailable, the rest of the CRM keeps working.

Built around the day

Six roles, one record.

Every role gets the screen its job needs — over the same data, under the same permissions.

  • Sales rep

Stop typing up your own meetings.

  • Sales manager

A forecast you can defend, with the drill-down under every number.

  • Service agent

One screen, the whole customer, no tab-hunting.

  • Supervisor

See the queue break before it breaks.

  • Admin

Change it yourself, see the impact first, undo it.

  • CIO / security reviewer

Tenant isolation at the database, not just the application.

The difference

What “AI-powered” should mean.

We frame this by the problem, not by a competitor's name.

  • AI

    “AI-powered CRM”

AI that can only see what the user can see, cites the records behind its answer, and proposes changes instead of making them

  • Channels

    “Omnichannel” — a separate contact-centre product

One interaction model, one routing engine, one customer record — including WhatsApp, LINE and Zalo

  • Customization

“Fully customizable”, with a consulting quote attached

An admin creates a custom object with fields, layout and permissions in under 15 minutes without code, and previews the impact before deploying it

  • Enterprise

    “Enterprise-grade”

Row-level security in the database, per-region data residency, a tested restore, and an access explainer that answers the auditor's question

  • Migration

    “Migrate to us”

Mapped, previewed and reversible: objects, fields, records, owners and relationships from Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot

Migration & integration

Bring your CRM with you.

Objects, fields, records, owners and the relationships between them — mapped, previewed, and reversible.

  • Guided

    From Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot

Objects, fields, records, owners and relationships, with mapping you review before anything is written.

  • Import

    Anything else, from a file

CSV or XLSX into any object with field mapping, duplicate matching and a preview. Imports run in the background with progress, a downloadable error file, and undo within 24 hours.

  • API

    Public REST API

Records, query, metadata and bulk operations — OAuth client credentials and personal tokens, rate-limit headers, usage visible to admins.

  • Events

    Outbound webhooks

Record events with signing secrets and delivery logs, plus events for downstream systems — including the WFMPro connector.

Trust, security & global reach

Written for the security reviewer, not the brochure.

This is what an enterprise buyer asks in the first meeting, so it is on the page.

  • Isolation

    Tenant isolation in the database

Enforced with row-level security, not just in application code, and tested automatically on every endpoint.

  • Permissions

    One permission path

Object, field and record-level permissions apply identically to the UI, the API, search, reports, exports and AI — and an admin can ask why a user can see a record, and get the answer.

  • Identity

    SSO, MFA and SCIM

SAML 2.0 or OIDC per tenant, MFA, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, session timeouts, IP allow-lists and login hours.

  • Encryption

    In transit and at rest

TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, field-level encryption for restricted fields, and customer-managed keys via KMS on enterprise cells.

  • Audit

    Immutable log

Logins, permission and metadata changes, exports and AI actions, retained a year or more. Field history on tracked fields for 18 months or more.

  • Residency

    Data stays in its region

Customer data, backups, search indexes, analytics and AI inference stay in the tenant's home region — the AI gateway refuses to route outside it.

  • Privacy

    Export, erase, retain

Export or erase a person's data across objects, per-object retention policies, consent per contact and channel, and customer data never used to train models.

  • Resilience

    Degrades, doesn't fall over

Zero-downtime deploys, daily backups with continuous WAL and monthly restore tests. If AI, search, analytics, workflow, real-time or email providers go down, core record work keeps going.

  • Global

    Arabic-first RTL, 23 languages

English and Arabic at launch with full RTL. Per-user locale and time zone, multi-currency with dated exchange rates, Hijri display option, configurable weekends, business hours and holidays. WCAG 2.2 AA, with contrast verified by an automated test in both themes.

SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are in progress — we don't show a badge we haven't earned.
